Managing categories

Categories contain lists of items which can be attached to a dispatch and are properties of a dispatch. A category item is one of the items within a category.

For example, “Plants” is a category, and “Orlando” is one of the category items within this category. Each category represents a list from which you can choose one (or more) item to attach to a dispatch.
